JOY HOWELL

Joy Howell serves as director of the Alliance for Public Technology’s Broadband Changed My Life!TM Campaign. Howell brings a unique consumer perspective with her dual masters’ degrees including an MBA (University of Redlands, CA) and an MPA (Harvard Kennedy School) and over 25 years of experience in developing public policy at the intersection of Wall Street and Capitol Hill. She has served as a senior staff member to a United States senator, and senior staff advisor to the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission.
